Mr. Letswalo Moesi
Mr. Letswalo Moesi is an Economist in the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development. An enthusiastic and result oriented Development Practitioner, with over 15 years in the public service. His areas of specialisation include Project Management with particular emphasis in project planning, budgeting and appraisal.
He joined Tebelopele Voluntary Counselling and Testing Centres as a Board member in 2010. Currently he is the Chairperson of the Resource Mobilisation Committee and was previously the Chairperson of the Human Resource Committee.
Mr. Moesi holds BA (Social Sciences) majoring in Economics and Environmental Sciences and MSc (Development and Project Planning) from University of Bradford (UK). He is also a member of the Association for Project Management- APM (UK).
